We are inviting artists, members of the Art Registry and Art Community of Eureka Springs, to submit one piece of original art based on this season's operas. The operas for this season: Manon Albert Herring Pagliacci Hansel & Gretel Pick one of the operas, or more than one, to create your piece.
Guidelines
Theme based 2D art - Media: oil, acrylic, watercolor, pastel, ink, charcoal, mixed media or pencil. Size - Not to exceed 24" x 24" Appropriately wired for hanging Deadline - June 10th, and pick up is scheduled for July 19th Address for dropping off and picking up - 14 E. Mountain Drive Personal Statement - One small paragraph (submit with art work)
There will be events at the Crescent Hotel and Convention Center. Art work will be exhibited and available for purchase at these scheduled events. Selected art will be exhibited at every Opera performance at Inspiration Point fine Arts Center and the Arend Arts Center in Bentovnille. The artists will receive 90% of the sales price and 10% will be allocated to OIO scholarships.
